Q. Can I create my own wording, or must I use what is shown on the sample?
A. Your may change the wording on any invitation, unless specifically indicated in the item's description. You can create your own verse, select from the sampled verses, or from any of the invitations sampled.
Q. Can I have my invitations shipped directly to my home?
A. Yes. Or you can choose to have the shipped directly to Perry's Florist.
Q. What happens if I place an order and discover that I have made a mistake on one of the items?
A. Call Perry's Florist immediately at 1-800-277-2643 and we will be able to tell you what stage of production you order is in and will let you know if a change can be made. We will be able to give you immediate confirmation of the changes and verify the cost to make them.
Q. What if I run short of invitations, can I order more?
A. Yes. However we will need to send in a new order and will be charged the original quantity price, not the additional 25 price. We recommend you order extra with your original order.
Q. What if what I am looking for is not in one of your albums?
A. Call us. With Carlson Crafts large selection we will do our best to find the product or service you are looking for.
Q. What is the protocol for using a specific piece of artwork, literature, etc.?
A. Ownership or possession of a copy does not give the possessor the right to reproduce the work without written consent of the author. For your convenience, we offer an "Authorization to Reproduce" form, which must be completed by the author of the work to be reproduced.
